A Contract Milking position has become available for the 2026/2027 season. The farm is located 20km from Wellsford, in Tomarata and has a rolling contour. 150 cows will be milked in a 14 AS HB shed with in shed feed system. Farm is 70ha (60ha effective), with a 50ha runoff for wintering and young stock. 55,000 M/S on average per year. The farm is in 60 paddocks, all with water. Job ideally suits single person or young couple. We are looking for an experienced person to run the farm. Per M/S rate to be negotiated. Will need to provide own quad bike and petrol. All other machinery provided. Shed running costs covered by owner. Owner prepared to do relief milking and assist when required.
