We're looking for 2-3 people to join our dairy team on a fixed-term basis over our busy season from April/May to September/October 2026, to cover time off for our team and our busy calving period. We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Dairy Assistant who is motivated to progress towards an Assistant Manager (2IC) role within our team of four on an 810 cow dairy farm located on the Hinds town boundary, 10 minutes from Ashburton and 40 minutes from Timaru, both towns offering medical, recreational and education options. Applicants must be living in New Zealand now to apply for this job and be either a NZ citizen or have a residency visa. Minimum work experience of three years on New Zealand dairy farms, with proven capability record is essential for this role.
