Assist with one other at all times to milk cows, and undertake all shed hygiene and cleanup. Identify and treat mastitis and any other health issues arising. There will be a need for operating vehicles eg quads/side by side. With an emphasis on health and safety. Some experience a plus but not essential as training can be provided.
