**Calf Rearer – Methven, Canterbury** We are seeking two motivated calf rearers to join our team for the 2026 calving season, based less than 10 minutes from Methven and 20 minutes from Ashburton. We are passionate about looking after our animals, our farm & our staff. We are seeking a Farm Assistant to join our team for 1 June 2026. Our ideal applicant will have at least 6 months dairy farming experience, have a general knowledge of animal health & husbandry, and all general on farm skills such as milking, riding farm bikes, tractor driving, fencing, effluent, etc. Great communication & a 'can do' attitude are a must. The remuneration package offered for the successful applicant will be $25-33/hr for a minimum 30 and maximum 50 hours per week. This is paid fortnightly. The roster is 11 on / 3 off.
