Wrights Agriculture Limited is seeking a motivated Dairy Farm Assistant or Herd Manager ready to progress to join our new team on a well-set-up dairy farm just minutes from Morrinsville town. You will work alongside: - Contract milkers (husband and wife) - A 2IC - Yourself as part of a close, collaborative team - Relief staff The farm: - Is a well-established, efficiently run operation - Two dairy sheds: one 36 ASHB, and one 20 ASHB - Approximately 200–250 cows milked through the smaller shed, with the remainder through the larger shed - Farm is run as one herd - All staff work across both sheds to provide cover, flexibility, and team support This role is flexible depending on experience and career goals and may suit, an experienced Dairy Farm Assistant, or a Herd Manager looking to take the next step. Alternatively, this role could also suit a couple, with regular relief milking opportunities available. Candidates must be able to work in New Zealand.
