We are seeking a 50/50 Sharemilker 2 kms from Matamata. 1 Gunn rd Matamata The Contract will be on a 1 yearly basis to hopefully do one or two years as the owner also has a lease farm on a yearly basis too probably for another two years. The farm is 73 effective hectares and 220 to 250 cows to Supply Fonterra. Past production has been all pasture 75,000 but hoping to add in in shed feeders to do 100,000 on a simple system. The farm is 50% flat and 50% gently rolling with great soil types P levels over 80. Facilities include a 20 AS HB cowshed with a meal feeding system (to be put in) and a well appointed 3 BR home + office and garage plus one other house if needed.
