Experienced Digger Operator

We are looking for an experienced digger operator to work across multiple blocks of land, with some contract work as needed. You’ll primarily operate 13-tonne and 20-tonne diggers, but may also be required to use other machinery from time to time, including bulldozers, tractors with trailers, and equipment for grass harvesting duties. This role offers a variety of work, and experience in the following areas would be an advantage: dairy lane construction and maintenance, drainage (using laser) with Nova Flo piping, site works, effluent ponds, and paddock development. A clean driver’s license is required, with a Class 5 license being an advantage. Applicants should be physically fit, have good communication skills, and demonstrate strong time management abilities. Farm Assistant / Tractor Operator – Rangitata Island We are looking for a capable and reliable Farm Assistant / Tractor Operator to join our team across two farms on Rangitata Island. This role is primarily tractor, irrigation and maintenance focused, with some dairy shed work required. We have a runoff block in Albury where cows are wintered.
