Senior Farm Assistant/2ic position available working alongside farm owners and one other staff member. 300 spring calving cows. 100 Autumn calving cows. TAD. 36 ASHB. System 4 with silage, maize and PKE. The applicant must be self-motivated, reliable and honest person to help with general farm duties and milking cows. Have at least 3 years NZ experience. Keen to progress. Have basic knowledge and understanding of farm duties, milking, animal health, effluent management, and calf rearing. Must have basic tractor experience. Ability to work alone and within a team. Good communication and shows efficiency. Can pass a drug test. Provide 2 x references. Applicants must have NZ residency or right to work in NZ.
